I have been going to Mr. Krell for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. He is always friendly, helpful, competent, and addresses every concern and challenge. I would particularly like to highlight the relatively short waiting times and a very fair price-performance ratio. The location is very central and conveniently located. Parking can be found in one of the two directly adjacent parking garages. The shop is relatively small and accessible via a few steps, but it exudes a very special charm where the customer is at the center. Thanks to him, shoes were repaired and made suitable for everyday use, replacement keys were made, bags were sewn, keychains for a sports event were engraved, and much more. Hans can do it... :-)
