Super service, highly recommended! Instead of immediately selling me a new locking cylinder, the employee first tried to remove the broken key from the old cylinder. Unfortunately, it didn't work, but the good intention was there. Until the delivery of the new cylinder, which needs to be ordered, I was provided with a loan cylinder free of charge. You only get this at a specialist dealer. TOP!

I can really highly recommend the company and Mr. Nastaly. He took a very close look at the tasks to be completed even before the order was placed and searched for the best solution for us. I found the offer to be very fair. After commissioning, the very positive impression continued. The 3 technicians worked very cleanly and diligently. You can also tell that there must be a good working atmosphere in the company, as the technicians got along very well with each other. Our order was about additional burglary protection. We wanted to have a plaque from the police. There were technical problems with 2 windows. Mr. Nastaly then found a good solution in consultation with the relevant department so that nothing stands in the way of issuing the plaque. Thank you very much, you did a great job.

6 stars would also be justified! Of several craft businesses that we currently have in the house, the company Ruland under Mr. Volker Nastaly is by far the best! On time, reliable, clean and careful work, along with a clear invoice that is absolutely flawless. Even subsequent changes or additional requests, which are often disproportionately charged by other companies, have been calculated extremely fairly and reasonably by the company Ruland. Conclusion: It really can't get any better!
