Building materials entrance/cash register closed for months. Only after ringing 3 times (service bell) did an employee come. However, this person had absolutely no desire to work. One increasingly gets the feeling that the employees are hiding. The building materials can be obtained after inquiries from the building materials entrance but one must go back to the main entrance to pay beforehand. Incredibly cumbersome. Customer friendliness has decreased significantly.
