I experienced very nice and competent service. The engraving was done in no time at all and at a completely reasonable price. I can therefore recommend it with a clear conscience, and it certainly won't be my last order.

I was very satisfied! Immediately after the call, Mr. Arnold came by, looked at the problem, and implemented his recommendation right away! Everything went very quickly. Absolutely recommendable: quick, customer-friendly, professional Andreas Müller has already rescued us from a difficult situation twice and acted super competently in the process. In both cases, he was with us in Staffel within 20 minutes. The door had to be opened and the lock replaced. We received excellent advice; he transparently showed us the costs before starting the work. In the second case, the lock jammed and the door could no longer be opened. Here too, we were helped quickly and professionally. The door and lock remained intact - even though we were warned that scratches and damage could possibly occur. Very good work!

After twenty years, which doesn't happen often, the entire locking mechanism of the door failed. Getting into the house was no longer possible even with the emergency key; they speak of a total loss. Fortunately, we could get into the house through the garage. On Monday, I called the company Schimanski about a possible appointment. What can I say, the technician (Andreas Müller) came on the same day, THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!!! TOP!!! Due to the "total loss," the lock had to be drilled out and the door removed. The technician (Andreas Müller) handled everything very, very professionally and neatly :-) TOP - TOP Additionally, I had an electronic door lock from ABUS installed. Really great thing, I can only recommend it to everyone. Thanks again for the great and fast service to the team from the locksmith service Schimanski.
