Super nice, reliable, and very good quality - I have only had good experiences with the Dienelt locksmith - and I am not easily impressed. One more note: I had my garage door equipped with a new drive by Dienelt (Hörmann Supramatic) - now my garage door is integrated into the smart home - for this, only a Hörmann HomeeBrain was needed for the connection. I can now easily operate my door with Alexa =) "Alexa, open garage door" - "Alexa, close garage door" - "Alexa, status garage door" - that is already enjoyable, especially since many new cars also have Alexa on board. So if you enjoy smart home and want to operate your door this way, Dienelt is the right place.

Better not to inquire, it can get expensive. I submitted a request for a quote for a garage door a week ago. After a very prompt, short phone consultation, I was given an appointment in a week. Today, on the day of the appointment, I receive a call an hour beforehand that a fee of €80 (which will be deducted from the order) will be charged for the quote submission. I have no idea about the price of the order and find this unprofessional. In times of full order books and possibly missing materials, one can also try to generate additional income in a very customer-unfriendly way. Better to stay away, who knows what else will come when the order is placed….
