An old garden shed needed to be opened - with a rusty and difficult lock. Mr. Saager came quickly and explained to us (with price indication) what needed to be renewed. Since we had time, the opening and repair, which took a lot of time, could only take place after the weekend. Everything was top-notch, the prices were fixed and fair. The contact with Mr. Saager was very pleasant. That's why he deserves a full 5 stars!

The customer is obviously not perceived as a customer and thus as a person who uses and pays for services, but rather as something that disturbs. Kindness towards the customer is apparently still not considered necessary there. Or one still has not understood the meaning of business life and has not been able to internalize it.
