Fast and friendly service that is worth its price. Thank you! However, there seems to be an internal communication problem: While the friendly lady on the phone said that payment must be made in cash upon completion of the order, the equally friendly technician was totally surprised that someone wanted to pay in cash and had to ask what he should charge. However, this does not detract from the satisfaction. The number of the company Radtke-Sicherheits-GmbH is now saved in the mobile phone for all cases.

Super nice people!! I had a problem and do not live in Wilhelmshaven. I urgently needed a new front door lock for my parents that can be locked from both sides. Mr. Radtke provided the offer and then installed it on the same day. THAT WAS TOP!!! It couldn't be better...

Unfortunately, we closed the door on vacation and left the key inside.. despite this negative experience (a lot of money that didn't have to be spent), we felt very well taken care of. Just 15 minutes after the call, the young lady from Radtke was there and solved the problem within 3 seconds. Really nice to see, especially because you hear so much bad about locksmiths.
