I was very satisfied! Immediately after the call, Mr. Arnold came by, looked at the problem, and implemented his recommendation right away! Everything went very quickly. For safety, he also gave tips and made his recommendations, especially after the security was definitely no longer guaranteed! 2 days later, these recommendations were also implemented, and price-wise, there is nothing to complain about! I had the battery of my watch replaced. Everything went quickly and the price was good too. Unfortunately, I noticed at home that the employee tore the leather strap in one place with his tool (he probably slipped with it). I would have at least expected him to inform me about it. It is also in a visible place and therefore annoying.

I had a battery changed in a hybrid watch today, I paid a proud 9.90 € for the old battery. I first thought I had to update the app, then I looked at the watch more closely. Well, that explains why the seller told me there is no warranty on batteries. Now I can't even complain. Never again ... not recommendable...
