Friendly in tone, but unfortunately, despite the order, no lock installation was completed on our front door. We unsuccessfully tried for several months to get someone from "Haus für Sicherheit" to secure our front door - and by no means as a "free service"; we would actually have gone so far as to want to pay the craftsman (irony off). After an initial conversation on-site, no one from "Haus für Sicherheit" ever appeared again. Apparently golden times for companies offering burglary protection... Addendum: We then went to the company "Bossmann" in Siegen. Flawless work, fast, very competent, and with the necessary "sensitivity" for a front door over 100 years old. Recommendable!

From initial contact to execution, a great performance was delivered. Lock plan created and explained as desired. Unfortunately, the locks did not fit at first. A site appointment was then offered, and the locks were individually adjusted. Due to Corona and vacation, finding an appointment was a bit bumpy.
