I brought my brown smooth leather shoes with leather soles to the service point yesterday to have them prepared for a wedding. Specifically, the shoes received new rubber soles on the leather soles (so they don't soak through with the first spilled beer) and a complete round care. I received the shoes back in a dream condition. The employee I have visited repeatedly understands his craft and works very precisely. Once I had a name tag made. A few days ago, I came because of a leather shoe that was pressing on my heel. No false promises, no rip-offs. He calmly explained all the options and first tried it with "tapping" - immediately and without asking for anything. Luckily, I found a tip box. He actually didn't want to accept that. The tapping was enough. I am super happy with the shoe. The leather is now very soft and no longer rubs. Great employee, great professional interaction with customers - the young athletic man. (I don't know his name). This will now be my go-to place.
