I am very satisfied. I brought an old garage door lock that I couldn't find a replacement for anywhere, and the guys somehow managed to make a new one out of the old lock, for a fraction of the price I expected.

I thought I was in a specialty store, wanted to have 2 different keys made for mailboxes. At the first appointment, the employee was already very unfriendly, but I swallowed it and thought, as long as the keys are good. Far from it!!! When I got home, I had to realize that neither key fit. After I called to report the mistake, he just said, that can happen, I will give you your money back. I wanted proper work. So I had to drive to the mailboxes a second time so I could check if everything fits this time. Again, the employee was very unfriendly to me, now it finally fits my conclusion: never again in this store!!!
