Thank you very much for the quick help. He fortunately managed to open our brutal door 😊 if we need a locksmith again, which hopefully won't happen. We would rely on him again.

Suddenly the door was closed. Luckily in the afternoon. And I was outside without a key. The locksmith was there within 15 minutes. Fortunately, the apartment door was only closed. The door to the multi-family house did not need to be opened, just the apartment door. And it was open again in less than a minute. It cost 85€. I think that's a lot. However, compared to other providers, it is moderate.

Something was broken in our lock and it could no longer be opened. The service came directly the next afternoon and was able to explain everything well to me as a layperson and install a new lock for us. The price/performance ratio is absolutely right. I can only recommend it.
