I am very satisfied with the advice and the range of products in this store. A few days ago, I ordered a lock cylinder based on the existing code. I asked what this cylinder would cost - about 60 euros. When I picked it up, then the surprise: the cylinder cost over 90 euros. I found that unacceptable and said so. The response was that it was due to the length specification I had provided later. 30/45 mm is certainly not exotic, and because of this incident, I looked online: the identical cylinder, same length, same keying costs 35 euros at Gräfe. With this behavior, it is not made easy to support local businesses.

I was just at TK Maxx and bought a cheap pair of pants for €14 where the metal button was missing. Thought I'd quickly go to Mister Minit and get a new button attached. It can't be that expensive. The shock was then the price €10!!!!!! Once and never again. It was an expensive experience……
