Clean market, with dedicated employees. They try to help you and show alternatives, however, some items disappear into the depths of the warehouse to only be available at Christmas time. Why copper foil is only needed at Christmas is not quite clear to me, but okay. I can still recommend it if you're looking for something.

I have to say the atmosphere and the surroundings at this "hardware store" are very good, I bought a trailer at a super price, which I was also able to pick up very quickly and especially at short notice! (Fortunately, all accessories were in stock), I didn't have any advice, as I knew exactly what I wanted because I had been dealing with the topic for a while, so everything was quick and painless and not the typical selling!! In terms of wanting to upsell, which I really appreciate!! I will visit this store more often in the future if I need machines or tools that they have.

I locked myself out on a Saturday morning. Called Schlüssel Fritz, and after half an hour someone was there and opened the door within a few minutes. Very, very friendly, super fair price!

Absolutely top! I called this morning at 8 o'clock because I locked myself out of my apartment. About 30 minutes later a super friendly employee was there who opened the door for me in a few seconds. And that for only an incredible 55€!!! Absolutely recommendable!!

Good selection, except for surveillance systems. What was anything but good: The service in the store. Three employees on site, no one is interested. When I had a question, I was first just looked at in surprise until an employee finally made their way to the counter. His comment: it's on the box (it wasn't). Then he disappeared again. Too bad, we actually wanted locks, a camera, and a safe.
