Yesterday, surprisingly, we found an extremely sought-after stove here, a good 600 km from home. Thanks to the great help from the staff, especially Mr. Toni Ceric, it was possible to fit the good piece into our car for transport. It was a pleasure for us. Why do you have to give at least one star? That's one too many.... The absolute service desert. What about skilled personnel? More like flat personnel. I asked for help when buying a floor lamp. The lamps could not be tested because the power strip was not working; I would have to request an electrician. The question of whether I could test the lamps at another location and whether someone could help me, since the lamps were at eye level, was denied. I wanted to have a key duplicated; the approached employee could not do it and said the responsible employee was on lunch break (3:30 PM??) Another negative incident that takes too long to describe here. Total disappointment. What a pity... I let myself be deceived by the lying advertising... I prefer to go to V-Markt in Immenstadt.
