Was on a bike tour through the Eifel. Unexpectedly had a flat rear tire twice. The first defect could be fixed with a spare tube I had with me. For the second one, I had to visit a workshop… Zweirad Offermann. Despite visible overloading, they showed great understanding for my predicament and replaced the entire tire for safety. The tires had manufacturing defects that could have damaged a new tube again. I can only praise the overall performance, the service, and the friendliness of the staff to the highest degree.
