Friendly in tone, but unfortunately, despite the order, no lock installation was completed on our front door. We unsuccessfully tried for several months to get someone from "Haus für Sicherheit" to secure our front door - and by no means as a "free service"; we would actually have gone so far as to want to pay the craftsman (irony off). After an initial conversation on-site, no one from "Haus für Sicherheit" ever appeared again. Apparently golden times for companies offering burglary protection... Addendum: We then went to the company "Bossmann" in Siegen. Flawless work, fast, very competent, and with the necessary "sensitivity" for a front door over 100 years old. Recommendable!

I went to TOPAL because I wanted to have a mailbox key made. The service was very good, the key was ready in just a few minutes (which is why I also had the apartment key made to avoid future lockouts) and the employee was really friendly. He even gave my daughter a key to play with. The prices are absolutely reasonable, so: Completely satisfied - we will continue to have our keys made here, drop off packages and/or buy waterproofing spray. Thank you very much!!
