Friendly in tone, but unfortunately, despite the order, no lock installation was completed on our front door. We unsuccessfully tried for several months to get someone from "Haus für Sicherheit" to secure our front door - and by no means as a "free service"; we would actually have gone so far as to want to pay the craftsman (irony off). After an initial conversation on-site, no one from "Haus für Sicherheit" ever appeared again. Apparently golden times for companies offering burglary protection... Addendum: We then went to the company "Bossmann" in Siegen. Flawless work, fast, very competent, and with the necessary "sensitivity" for a front door over 100 years old. Recommendable!

Absolutely recommendable and professional. I called in the morning for a viewing appointment regarding the installation of a security bolt on our front door. 1 hour later the boss was there, in the evening I had the cost estimate by email and 1 week later my security bolt on the door. Super clean work, no damage to the wall or door. Absolutely perfect and clean, competent work and very friendly. I can only recommend with a clear conscience 👍👍👍

Locked out on Sunday. Mr. Schulz was there as agreed on the phone after 40 minutes and quickly and professionally opened our door. Once there, he quickly solved another problem and showed us some weaknesses in our doors. The price remained the same as we received over the phone, which also seemed fair to us. Very nice and fair, which is not always the case in the industry.

On a Sunday, we agreed on a fixed price of just under €125. The man was very competent, helped us quickly, and also gave tips on how we might be able to get the money back. So if it happens again, I will call here again! Other providers wanted well over €200!
