(Customer) friendliness and commitment have been missing at V Markt Schuhmacher for years. Furthermore, the prices are quite outrageous (one example: changing a zipper in a winter boot costs 25 euros) - where it is initially irrelevant to the customer who is responsible for pricing.

Absolutely recommendable. I had two pairs of shoes repaired, where the heels were broken or worn out. It was super fast, the service was very good and the price was absolutely reasonable.

Not particularly good work for the price. I had a pair of boots fitted with new soles and heel spots. The soles on the left and right were ground down by about half a cm, as was the heel. Additionally, the full material thickness was left at the edge of the sole (just stuck on), so there is now an edge where one can get caught and tear off the sole. P.S.: To be honest, I find it quite cheeky to claim that this work was not done by them. I should have insisted that the employee write me an invoice, especially since no receipt was handed out.
