On a Sunday evening at 7 PM, my apartment door fell shut and the key was stuck inside. I called Errico locksmith service and was told that someone should be there in 20 minutes! To my surprise, Mr. Errico was there in less than 10 minutes and postponed his dinner for me. Super friendly! He informed me about the fixed prices and then opened my door without damage in just a few SECONDS! Friendly, quick, and competent! Hopefully, I won't need you again, but if I do, it will be you again! Thank you! (I had called another locksmith before, but his German was so poor that I couldn't understand him.
