My wife and I completely locked ourselves out of the apartment today (There's a first time for everything!). After receiving two emergency recommendations for the locksmith Thiele Pirna, I called them. They promised me immediate assistance and the locksmith service from Thiele arrived within 15 minutes. Within 5 minutes the apartment door was open without destroying the lock. Thank you again to Mr. Enrico Händler for his prompt help and good advice. There was a brief explanation, and I was able to install my lock myself. I find the phone number on the apartment key practical in case you need help.
