As an existing customer, I am really angry... I bought a locking system worth several thousand euros from Mr. Bachthaler. Now I would have had to expand this system. I personally called Mr. Bachthaler and he assured me that he would come by at the latest the day after tomorrow. This was two weeks ago. I called the company several times... but never received a response. Mr. Bachthaler knows that we are under time pressure with our construction project. We would have needed a maximum of 30 minutes for the meeting... and since we are also in Pfaffenhofen, the travel time would be irrelevant. I would have appreciated a callback. I personally see it as a mistake to have bought my locking system here!
