(Customer) friendliness and commitment have been missing at V Markt Schuhmacher for years. Moreover, the prices are quite outrageous (one example: changing a zipper in a winter boot 25 euros) - although the customer doesn't really care who is responsible for the pricing.

Absolutely recommendable. I had two pairs of shoes repaired, where the heels were broken or worn out. It went super fast, the service was very good and the price absolutely reasonable.

Not particularly good work for the price. I had a pair of boots fitted with new soles and heel spots. The soles on the left and right were ground down by about half a cm, as was the heel. Additionally, the full material thickness was left at the edge of the sole (just stuck on), so that there is now an edge where one can get caught and thus tear off the sole. P.S.: To be honest, I find it quite cheeky to claim that this work was not done by them. I should have insisted that the employee write me an invoice, especially since no receipt was handed out.
