We locked ourselves out on a Sunday morning. Mr. Peter helped us immediately and expertly opened the door. Mr. Peter approached calmly and confidently and helped us get back into the apartment within half an hour. Very competent, friendly, and fast!!!!

Orders through system companies (Wegener) top, direct commissioning completely uncoordinated: 3x "I'll take a look at it next week." Conclusion: In the end, I had to pick up the manufacturer's installation material from Fa Voß myself after 2 months. As a private customer, I would have had to pay a "travel flat rate" of 50 EUR for this. Apology? They are not aware of any fault.

Repair of the remote key was unfortunately not possible due to corrosion on the circuit board, but the replacement key (cloned from the existing one) works great. Not exactly cheap, but still significantly cheaper than the manufacturer's workshop.
