Super locksmith service! When I once forgot my keychain, my front door was opened quickly and at an extremely reasonable price! Furthermore, I was recently advised so well directly in the store that I only needed to buy a replacement key for a specific lock and did not have to replace it completely. Very easy to reach by bus, as there is a stop on site! I am very satisfied! The competition could learn a thing or two from this!

Top advice, very good delivery time. Short update: the honest face revealed itself during the reorder. Unfriendly and absolutely overpriced! How the price can rise by about 600% in 6 months is incomprehensible. Only snappy answers and excuses when asked. Never again... The worst part was that there was really never an attempt to listen to me or find solutions. What a shame......

We locked ourselves out on a Sunday morning. Mr. Peter helped us immediately and expertly opened the door. Mr. Peter approached calmly and confidently and helped us get back into the apartment within half an hour. Very competent, friendly, and fast!!!!

Orders through system companies (Wegener) top, direct commissioning completely uncoordinated: 3x "I'll take a look at it next week." Conclusion: In the end, I had to pick up the manufacturer's installation material from Fa Voß myself after 2 months. As a private customer, I would have had to pay a "travel flat rate" of 50 EUR for this. Apology? They are not aware of any fault.
