Top service! On Saturday, on-site within an hour, quick help, very nice technician, and the door was back open. The previously mentioned fixed price was absolutely TOP! Would gladly do it again, but one hopes that the door doesn't slam shut again so quickly! :-)

My 6-year-old son locked the garage door and left the key in the garage. I called Mr. Tröster and immediately inquired about the price. He was there within 1 hour. After 20 minutes, the garage door was open. He replaced the lock and I received 3 keys with it. The price is what he quoted me on the phone. I paid directly via online banking.
