This company sends reminders knowing that the customer never received their goods. Emails are not responded to, and to top it off, customers are confronted on the phone by a rude lady. Now I simply have to drive 50km to pick up this key at the company, as the company cannot manage to inform customers of a probable receipt date in advance.
