Locksmith service Klewitz is the designated locksmith service of the housing association Rheine e.V. On 18.08.2021 at 5 PM, we could no longer get into the apartment. A defect in the lock. Reached directly by phone. Mr. Klewitz refused the service. When asked why he did not want to do his job, the rude and aggressive response was "I don't have to be at home".... THEN JUST HUNG UP and DID NOT ANSWER ANY MORE CALLS!! The locksmith service is open until 7 PM. Further calls to the business as well as to the mobile phone were not answered. I advise against this locksmith service. Left us with a child standing in front of the door and did not fulfill his job. Outrageous rudeness Refusal to work, rudeness in person, unprofessional.
