I am thrilled, you can really find everything here. Not only a lot of keys, exotics, rarities, and individual key locks, no matter what object you need it for, a blank from Italy was ordered for me, the main thing is that the customer is happy. Here you can see how dedicated the staff is, down-to-earth and competent. While I was waiting to see if such a key exists for my Yamaha, I noticed that someone had locked themselves out, a whole company, help was provided immediately, precise information and time were agreed upon. That's how it should be, nothing else. Words like maybe, approximately, roughly belong to the past nowadays. It couldn't be better.

Beware of scams!!! On 04.05.17 I forgot my keys in the apartment, it was not locked, on a weekday at 5:00 PM. The locksmith arrived quickly and opened the door in 1 minute, but the price of 200 euros is not justified. At that price for opening without changing the lock, I don't want to know what it costs if the lock needs to be replaced. So stay away from this locksmith.

Unfortunately, there are no negative stars. The service and advice are subpar. Promises were not kept, and then there were cheeky responses. Definitely not recommendable.

Fast and reliable. The technician arrived within 30 minutes (but we also live in Unterhaching) and had all the necessary tools and materials with him due to the problem description and was able to replace the defective lock (the mortise lock was broken) right away. The whole thing was done in an hour, RE with a total of 138,- euros for opening the door and replacing the lock I find OK.
