Never again! I was always satisfied, but the shock came this week when I dropped off a children's scooter. I just wanted to fix a tire... I dropped it off, and I wasn't told that they don't fix tires there... and for a tube and 5 minutes of work, they charged over €30!!!! Never again! 👎👎👎

Super advice, expensive but good bikes. But you can have them serviced and repaired on-site. Test rides are easily possible. During a repair, you get a rental bike for free.

A few months ago, I walked into Rudis Radladen for the first time after a really disappointing attempt to find an e-bike partner for my business and myself in another specialty store. What makes the guys there so special is their genuine enthusiasm for biking. They sit on their bikes every free minute, know all the typical problems, and are technically unbeatable on and off the bike. Accordingly, the advice was also very competent. Everyone in this store has their area of expertise and their own perspective on things. We only got to know Johannes, the (one) managing director, personally during our third visit, and we already felt extremely well advised even before his personal support. Jackson is the king when it comes to questions about posture and ergonomics as well as physiotherapeutic challenges :-) Chris is a great guy and can quickly deduce where you feel at home in terms of biking from your wishes. Jonas is the hero of the workshop. What that guy assembles at what speed cannot be learned; you have to have it in your blood! Johannes is a great boss and a gifted salesman. What sets these guys apart from many other stores is the fact that they only sell what they truly believe in. If someone inquires about junk that will just break, they will be told so. This makes everything very authentic. The decision for Giant as the TOP E-"house brand" is, for example, driven by arguments that I only understood after spending more time on the topic and having some controversial discussions with the Rudis team. Seven e-bikes later, I am convinced; I fully understand the arguments now. Whatever repairs I had, they could be done immediately. The store almost always has everything in stock that could break, so the waiting time for repairs usually lasts no more than half a day. The guys are so skilled that repairs go incredibly fast. Every move is precise. My bikes always come back clean, with inflated tires and roughly maintained to their owners. In terms of customer friendliness and service, Rudis Radladen is definitely the premium bike shop. In terms of competence and practice in biking, no one can outdo them! CONCLUSION: Here, the boss still works personally, and the competence of the team is simply unbeatable compared to the competition, as I have thoroughly looked at them and have stuck with these lovable bike freaks. Thank you for the many good experiences with you and the amazing service!!

The guys there are just great. Service, advice, and the price are simply superb. Anytime gladly again. It doesn't always have to be the biggest store; competence is important and is definitely present there.
