I was on a bike tour through the Eifel. Unexpectedly had a flat rear tire twice. The first defect could be fixed with a spare tube I had. For the second, I had to visit a workshop… Zweirad Offermann. Despite visible overload, they showed great understanding for my situation and replaced all the tires for safety. The tires had manufacturing defects that could have damaged a new tube again. I can only praise the overall performance, the service, and the friendliness of the staff to the highest degree. Extremely recommendable company! Thank you!
