At first very friendly, after the correction the key still did not fit and due to time reasons I wanted to forgo another correction and asked for my money back, the owner called me a liar and a helper and declared that he did not want to see me in his store anymore. He threw my money, with these words, on the counter. If he were to get into financial trouble now, I would of course forgo the money... only such behavior would make his conduct somewhat understandable. Just so much for the owner... I am a nurse, had a night shift and was not able to go to my apartment again to try the key... if he or his relatives depend on my work, he surely expects proper and focused work.

After my lock stopped working properly, I brought it here and got it repaired back on the same day. Since then, I have had no more problems. The service all around was also very quick and friendly.

I went into the store because I wanted to duplicate a key. After 5 minutes, I left satisfied with the key from the store. Regarding the warranty: The owner personally asked me to come back immediately if the key did not fit (since my template was already a copy)! Owner: Friendly and helpful Price/Performance: Top. I can't say anything negative.
