I ordered the MKS locksmith service to replace a defective lock. He arrived exactly on time at the agreed time the next day. Opening and replacing the simple lock took only 15 minutes. The bill was okay: a total of 83 euros including travel and new lock.

Very poor service and communication. Ordered the wrong cylinder and it doesn't exist. (the customer is always to blame, see below) After three months of bickering and involving the property management, an unattractive compromise proposal.

I would like to deduct that one star as well. When the locksmith finally arrived, he was busy talking on the phone the whole time. The door was opened with a hand grip + 2 minutes of travel time, and the employee casually mentioned a price during his phone call that I could not understand. When I asked if I could have an invoice or if I could pay with a card, the employee said that was not possible and that I should walk to the ATM. I hope that if you find yourself in the same situation, you find another locksmith. Absolute joke.
