Unfortunately, we are very dissatisfied with poor communication, no reliable delivery times, and unfriendly staff. The customer is second-class; it all revolves around sales....... Well, since your employees, especially Mr. Lindner and Mr. Dattoli, apparently did not understand internal communication as well as customer-friendly interaction, I can unfortunately only return this. Having to wait 2 months for a simple order of a few locking cylinders including programming, without receiving a proper order confirmation including delivery times until now, is very weak!
