Good specialist shop, I only had both parts of a broken mailbox key and no whole one left. The staff still managed to make matching keys from it. Additionally, I handed in a complete keyring to have it duplicated twice as well. All in all, it only took one day until it was finished, and even earlier than originally announced! Therefore, highly recommended.

Broken electric door opener was replaced, however, the front door has a gap of just under a millimeter, which does not make the already expensive heating period with my old gas boiler any cheaper; I would have wished for at least a professional consultation here, but even upon request, there was no concession. Invoice amount of 130€+ for this service seems too high to me.

Had a fixed appointment with the boss twice, to which he simply did not show up each time.!!! No call/cancellation, just nothing. For this unreliability, even one star is too much.
