The service is friendly and knowledgeable. I described my problem and received a solid solution. Additionally, the locksmith came by to help me; my key was stuck in the lock, and I couldn't get it out. They showed me how to get the key out and didn't charge a penny. If I have lock problems again, I would come here again.

Company Sitera was ultimately commissioned by the property management Sohrweide to repair the front door lock. A very competent (as it turned out later) employee from Sitera came the same day and replaced the latch. It works. The company Sohrweide took almost 4 months to commission this matter.

This included classic locksmith work (manufacturing of metal posts), window and glass replacement, maintenance and installation of fire doors, consulting regarding burglary protection, and sheets as protection against swallow droppings. We are thrilled with the quick preparation of quotes, the craftsmanship understanding, the skilled workmanship, and also the extremely fair invoicing. I will gladly continue to commission the locksmith Schaaf and of course recommend them further.

The terrace roof looks simply top-notch and was well planned and thoughtfully implemented based on the local characteristics. A future extension is also possible. The drawback was the procurement of materials and our extra requests. Highly recommended.
