Terrible communication and unfortunately absolutely unreliable / unbelievable. I tried to have my car key duplicated here. The first two emails were answered, then 2 weeks of silence. Subsequently, I tried to arrange an appointment by phone 5 times and was always put off / delayed with the promise that they would call me back today / at the latest tomorrow. I have not received a call back to this day, 6 weeks later. The boss seems stressed and clueless on the phone. What a shame.

Great team, friendly and very dedicated boss….had additional staff come because my door was extremely difficult to open due to extra rubber seals. After the team successfully opened my apartment door, and I then, out of my own stupidity, let it close again, the boss opened the door a second time within a few seconds. Excellent service for an incredibly fair price. Highly recommended!

Extremely fast and: it fits! Within a minute I had my key copy - I am very impressed with how fast this locksmith service is. In the last few years, I have been to two other services and both had to keep reworking because the key stuck or didn't fit at all. That's very annoying.
