Quick and uncomplicated help on a Friday afternoon. The first locksmith gave up due to lack of professional tools. Mr. Dyck had everything needed. Even though he also ultimately failed at the obviously very well-secured door and a funny coincidence led to opening our apartment, the handling of the order was calm, thoughtful, and patient. Moreover, the agreement on payment at the end of the job was very fair! I can only recommend Mr. Dyck.
