Great service at absolutely fair prices. Even during the phone call, it’s also about solutions that the locksmith brings up in the conversation. As a result, the owner Umar would have no revenue, but still satisfied customers and excellent word of mouth. In our case, it was only about a lock replacement. Umar was with us after just 35 minutes. He carefully removed the lock, installed a new security lock, and additionally handed us 4 spare keys. He asked if we had any other locks that were causing problems. A stiff lock he also made easy to operate again in a short time, and a sticking window has given up its sticking thanks to Umar. Umar is an absolutely lovable, competent, and sympathetic person who understands his craft. He does his job at absolutely fair prices. Especially in today's times, a big plus.
