Everything super uncomplicated, very friendly and the shoes are almost like new again.

Dropped off two pairs of shoes for repair at the beginning of May. After repeated promises that it would be ready in a week - been there a total of four times and still no repaired shoes after almost two months. Frustrating when you are not from Ludwigsburg and always have to make the trip only to be disappointed after many weeks when you have to take back the unrepairable pairs of shoes. Not recommended.
