Had a fixed appointment with the boss twice, to which he simply did not show up each time.!!! No call/cancellation, just nothing. For this unreliability, even one star is too much.

Broken electric door opener was replaced, however, the front door has a gap of just under a millimeter, which does not make the already expensive heating period with my old gas boiler any cheaper; I would have at least wished for professional advice here, but even upon request, there was no concession. Invoice amount of €130+ for this service seems too high in my opinion.
