Service, support, and assistance very poor! For repairs, it was said we will send the parts, please install them yourself - where does such a thing exist, please? Ultimately, a (good) external service was indicated. Of course, we had to call there ourselves. The sale of the system was no problem at Häfele, that went quickly - but afterwards... Service, even over the paid "hotline" (only during office hours, of course...), terrible!
