You better go to DEZ or to Eisenkrug in Bettenhausen if you want your key copies to work. The staff at ASSKO are incredibly unfriendly AND cannot make a suitable key. What a pity. It used to be a good business. Well. DEZ across from REWE and Eisenkrug in Bettenhausen are good AND friendly.

We reordered three keys for our office over 4 weeks ago. Weekly we try to get information about the whereabouts of the ordered keys. Each time we are told a new story (e.g. it would allegedly be a "custom order" or the Ukraine war is to blame). After 3 more stories, we received the statement this week that the digital transmission to the key manufacturer has failed. I am shocked at how such a simple order (reordering 3 keys) can be executed so unprofessionally. Even promised callbacks are not made. The entire communication is generally very unfriendly and a pure disaster. Unfortunately, the property management of our landlord has left the necessary key card in this business, otherwise we would have long been at a reasonable locksmith.

I bought a lock recently that was not exactly cheap, and had keys made that are also not cheap. When such unfriendly staff serve me, this business cannot be recommended. Or the employees need to change significantly.
