I bought a lock recently that was not exactly cheap, and had keys made that are also not cheap. When such unfriendly staff serve me, this business cannot be recommended. Or the employees need to change significantly.

You better go to DEZ or to Eisenkrug in Bettenhausen if you want your key copies to work. The staff at ASSKO are incredibly unfriendly AND cannot make a suitable key. What a pity. It used to be a good business. Well. DEZ across from REWE and Eisenkrug in Bettenhausen are good AND friendly.

Very good and nice contact person for a quickly made key. I was very surprised at how fast it went. I was maybe in the store for 2 minutes, and the key was already finished and the payment processed. And all of this with a nice tone and a smile (due to Corona with a mask). HAPPY TO RETURN :)

In case of complaint/criticism, the customer must suffer. One is left with the shipping costs. There is still room for improvement in the service. Unfortunately, I have to take away another star. The seller does not refund the full purchase amount upon return. Stores here are absolutely not recommended!
