Clean market, with dedicated employees. They try to help you and show alternatives, however, some items disappear into the depths of the warehouse to only be available at Christmas time. Why copper foil is only needed at Christmas is not quite clear to me, but okay. I can still recommend it if you're looking for something.

Wanted to buy a 2-stroke mixture, the employee had no idea what it was about, the employee from the garden department was supposedly on break. Someone in the store should know where each item is located... unbelievable.

Within 10!!! minutes the nice gentleman was with us, we had locked ourselves out with a baby and had been waiting for 2 hours for another locksmith. He did not come. Then we desperately called Pfaff and the gentleman was simply there immediately and then at a super 1a top price! For the quick help, we gladly added a tip. So we hope not to lock ourselves out again, but if we do, then anytime Pfaff!!!! Super, super, super!

Sunday evening arrived within 30 minutes. Lightning fast and opened the door without problems. I was already given the fair price over the phone, which was also adhered to. Absolutely the best man :) Despite about 20 km drive, he was there in an hour. Super friendly and the front door was opened within seconds. Perfect service. And in the end, he only charged a part of the (already low) price. I can recommend him 100%!

We had the company Pfaff Windows and Doors install for us. From the very friendly phone contact to the installation appointment, everything was great! Our cheap doors and windows (which were already in the building) can now be closed and opened perfectly again! The front door also stays closed now and we really enjoy that every day! Thank you very much!
