It couldn't be better!!👍👍👍 Our front door wouldn't open anymore, so we needed an emergency service... Even though it was already around 8:00 PM, Mr. Dobrinski was on site within 15 minutes and gave his all to get us access to the house with as little damage to the door as possible. Due to our obviously very burglary-resistant door, this was quite difficult. Mr. Dobrinski even had to drive back to the store to leave the door lockable after opening - a relatively time-consuming matter. But all's well that ends well - after about 1.5 hours of sweaty work (also due to the weather) and with the help of neighbors (Mr. Dobrinski only has two arms - pushing, turning the key, and pulling at the same time is difficult...😁), the stubborn front door was open and we didn't have to sleep in the garden 😁... Mr. Dobrinski informed us exactly about which parts of the locking system need to be replaced, how much the costs are approximately, where we can get them, and offered help with the reinstallation, as well as informed us about which parts can be reused - that saves money too! All in all, a TOP SERVICE! Quick, reliable, and competent help at a really very good price for the circumstances described!! We are very satisfied and would like to thank you once again very warmly at this point! Mr. Dobrinski can only be recommended!!! 👍👍👍

The gentleman was very nice and gave great advice over the phone. Even though we were late, he waited a long time for us. The key is finished and can be used without any issues.

Top, but some waiting time should be planned. Only the remote control was reprogrammed for a car key, although the workshop claimed that the circuit board was defective and the whole key needed to be replaced. Additionally, a "blank" key brought along was completely reprogrammed. Great service. Not cheap, but worth the price! Anytime again!

Mr. Zahed successfully copied my car key today - now I even have a flip key :) He was very patient and very friendly. The shop gives a very tidy and positive impression overall. Mr. Zahed is a very friendly person and very competent. Within 1 day, I had my key repaired and a key duplicated. All were trained with remote control. Works as desired, great! And much faster and cheaper than at the authorized dealer. I can only recommend it :-)
