Probably the worst support I have experienced so far. Given a cabinet strip to shorten and they never got back to me. After my inquiry, the strip was thrown away, but they did not want to take care of replacement/refund/compensation and never contacted me even once. Felt like having to chase after them, like a 13-year-old teenager. And in the end, received absolutely nothing... Subpar!
