I had a small cash register key bought for me, Where I would buy it on eBay for €6! The gentleman at the cash register told me he took €20, I call that a rip-off.

Unfortunately, the employee was not able to duplicate a simple key. After three failed attempts, I at least got a refund.

Not recommended. I ordered 3 duplicate keys on 29.04.2022, which according to the employee should arrive the following week. Despite two phone inquiries and the statement that they would get back to me, there was no information about a delay or an expected pickup date. We still have not received the keys or any information even 5 weeks later. As a business owner, I would be ashamed to work like this. Under the old owner, it was a business with good service on-site, but unfortunately not anymore.
