We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Neugebauer from the wood cutting department. We had a board cut by another colleague. Unfortunately, we had to find out at home that the board was about 6 cm too small in one direction. Since it was a cut, we thought we were now holding 40 € worth of firewood. Mr. Neugebauer cut the board for us again, credited the incorrect one, and even compensated for the double trip. That is what I call customer service, thank you very much for that.

OBI Market is not a bad hardware store. Only when I order something and I am told that it will only take 14 days and in the end it takes 10 to 12 weeks, that was very disappointing. Nevertheless, I will continue to shop at OBI, but only for what I know and can choose myself from what is in the store.

Quality at OBI always seems a bit higher to me than in other hardware stores. Good selection in various price ranges. Advice is variable. It always depends on what the employee knows, or does not know. For special inquiries, Leinweber and Raiffeisen are better suited.
