Unfriendly and unprofessional. Shoe soles were to be repaired. We visited the shop for a price information. The first action of the unfriendly employee was to completely ruin the slightly damaged sole by tearing it off! We hadn't even mentioned that we wanted to leave the shoes there, as I said, we were only there for a price information. The second insolence? The price. €40 and the statement of the "capable" employee: "This lasts forever!" Barely five months later, the soles are in worse condition than before the "repair". Other providers charge about €5-10 for the gluing, by the way. Once and never again! Info for the boss: We were on site on August 10, 2019, maybe it can still be traced who was on duty there. Professional service? If this is standard, a good joke.
